The Oral Health Foundation is an independent charity (not for profit) dedicated to improving oral health and wellbeing. Oral Health Foundation ensures to see the preventive message that ‘Teeth are for Life’ spread as widely as possible to the public with the aim of improving the overall oral health of everyone.’

Principal Dentist
Janita Patel qualified from Guys Hospital Dental School in 1990 and is the Principal Dentist. She has been in General Practice since qualification and started at Northwood Hills Dental Practice in 1999.Janita Patel has a special interest in periodontology and advanced restorative dentistry having completed the Masters in Advanced Restorative Dental Practice at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute in 2012.She was a Dental Foundation Trainer for eight years, responsible for teaching primary dental care to dental graduates from 2005 to 2013,within both the London and East of England Postgraduate Deaneries. Janita completed the Masters in Medical Education in 2013 studying teaching, management and leadership skills within the medical workplace environment, with the final Master’s Dissertation research focusing on Professional Development for the dental team.
In 2016, Janita became a Fellow of the Faculty of General Dental Practice .The Fellowship, FFGDP(UK), was awarded after written assessments and viva examination ,in both clinical and teaching domains. The FFGDP is awarded for commitment to advancing care and excellence within General Dental Practice.
Janita Patel was an Elected Council Member of the Middlesex and Hertfordshire Branch of the British Dental Association, and was a Member of the Hillingdon Local Dental Committee for two years from 2016. Committed to post graduate education, she is proactive in keeping up to date with the latest developments in evidence based dentistry by attending clinical courses both locally, and at the British Dental Association in London.
Janita Patel provides restorative, periodontal gum/hygiene, endodontic (root canal), prosthetic and cosmetic treatments, as well as advanced restorative and periodontal services.

Suhasini Patel qualified from Guys Hospital Dental School in 2003 and joined the Practice in 2005, providing a range of general dental services: restorative, periodontal gum/hygiene, endodontic (root canal), prosthetic and cosmetic treatments.
Meetal Dave BDS (Manc.UK) MFDSRCS(Eng) MSc(Implant Dentistry)

Meetal Dave qualified from Manchester Dental School in 2004, and joined the Practice in 2012 providing advanced oral surgery and implant services within the Practice. She gained her Master’s qualification in Implant dentistry at Guys Dental Hospital in 2011. She also works as an oral surgeon at Ashford and St.Peter’s Hospital providing oral surgery services. She is able to provide general dental services as well as advanced oral surgery and implant treatments.
Nisha Farma BDS (Lond.UK)

Nisha Farma qualified from Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ Dental Institute in 2007. She joined the practice in April 2018 providing a range of general dental services: restorative, periodontal gum/ hygiene services, endodontic (root canal) prosthetic and cosmetic treatments. She has a special interest in periodontology, having completed a 2 year postgraduate enhanced skills course in clinical periodontology at Kings College London in 2014.Nisha has also completed the Aspire Advanced Operative Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry course in 2015.
Vanisha Patel BDS (Lond.UK) MJDF

Vanisha Patel qualified in 2008 from the Royal London School of Dentistry. Having completed her vocational training year in Croydon, she went on to complete a year of postgraduate training within oral and maxillofacial surgery at Eastman Dental Hospital, GOSH and University College Hospital London. Vanisha went on to become an associate dentist in Greenhithe, Kent. There she undertook her examinations to become a member of the joint dental faculties-MJDF, following which she became a vocational trainer, teaching and mentoring newly qualified dentists for 6 years. Vanisha completed a post graduate certificate in advanced restorative practice from the Eastman Dental Institute and she continues to have a passion for restorative dentistry. Vanisha enjoys short term orthodontics and has trained in Fastbraces and Invisalign. Vanisha relocated to North West London and joined NHDP in 2021, where she provides all general dental treatment including periodontal, restorative, preventative, prosthetic and cosmetic and orthodontic treatment.
